The Recording Connection for over 30 Years METAlliance Academy set to rock SPARS Member Capitol Studios in Hollywood... March program details set with seven top Producers & Engineers ... The METAlliance is presenting the first METAlliance Academy event on March 20 & 21 in Hollywood at the historic studios in the Capitol Records tower. "In Session with The Guys," attendees will record and mix with METAlliance founders, Chuck Ainlay, Ed Cherney, Frank Filipetti, George Massenburg, Phil Ramone, Elliot Scheiner and Al Schmitt in live sessions. By special arrangement, The METAlliance Academy will occupy Capitol Studios for the entire weekend. Video commentaries are now available on the METAlliance website. "Each of the METAlliance founders has mentored in recording workshops, but this is the first time we have all been together for an immersive two-day event," remarked co-founder George Massenburg. "Space is limited because we want each attendee to be able to work and interact closely with each of the founders in four different types of sessions."
