Philadelphia Recording Community (PRC) to host April meeting at Cambridge Sound Studios

The PRC will host an informal meet and greet, “get the recording community together” event at Cambridge Sound Studios, 1 Cambridge Lane Newtown, PA 18940. The meeting will be at 11:00 AM on Monday the 25th of April.

The following is referenced from the PRC April Newsletter. You can get more details here.

There are so many audio and video studios, rehearsal halls, home facilities in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas and it’s important that we all know who we are and what we have to offer. It is important that the audio community in the area get the opportunity to meet and have a wide open discussion about any and all things concerning our business.

So if a representative from your facility can come out, please let us know. This will be a regular event at a different studio every month.

Bring business cards and info about you and your facility or services.

This is not limited to Philadelphia studios. If you are located in our general area – come and network.

We have created a facebook page so people can give us suggestions and comments.

There is also a new website for the Philadelphia Recording Community. Many thanks to Tom Volpicelli of The Mastering House for setting up the website.

Immediately following the PRC meeting, Universal Audio will be hosting an interactive in-studio workshop with the new UAD-2 Satellite. Also on hand will be UA’s 6176, LA610 MKII and the 4-710d outboard gear.

Bruce MacPherson from Universal Audio will be on hand answering any questions you have about the line.
